JACK HOLLY, DDS

Dr. Holly received his Bachelor of Science Degree from ETSU and graduated from the University of Tennessee Dental School in 1976. He is currently a member of The American Dental Association, The Tennessee Dental Association, The First District Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, American College of Dentist, International College of Dentist, and Southeastern Academy of Prosthodontist.

Dr. Holly is also the past president of the First District Dental Society, served as deligate in Tennessee Dental Association, awarded Fellowship Academy of General Dentistry and a Fellow of Tennessee Dental Society. He has also been awarded "Best Dentist of the Year" in Carter County in 2007, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 & 2018. Dr. Holly has been practicing in his hometown of Elizabethton since 1976. He is an active resident of the community and a member of First Baptist Church. He is currently a member of Elizabethton Rotary Club and has served as past president of Elizabethton Rotary Club. He is a Paul Harris fellow of Rotary International, a past Board of Director Member of the Boys and Girls Club, and currently a member of the local Elizabethton High School Touchdown Club. Dr. Holly is married, the father of two sons, and grandfather of five.
